Qualifications:

• 1-year Medical Assistant experience.
• Familiarity with the following tests is preferred, not required (training provided):
  • PADnet
  • EMG (Electromyography)
  • FITkit
  • DBS (Dry Blood Spot) Testing
  • MACR (Microalbumin Creatinine Ratio) Test
• Telehealth-savvy.
• Aces EMR systems.
• Bonus: 1-year stint in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics.
• Active driver's license, open to visiting up to 5 patients daily.

Day-to-Day:

• Conduct up to 5 home visits daily for screenings.
• Run through vitals, medical history, and medications with patients.
• Administer Annual Wellness Visit questionnaire and key screenings.
• For FITkit, instruct clients on how to complete it and send in the sample.
• Post-screening, assist in setting up a virtual meet with a Nurse Practitioner.
• Stick around till the virtual connection is secured.
