Job Description

JOB TITLE:  SR. FINANCIAL ANALYST LOCATION:  SAN JOSE, CA DURATION:  9 MONTHS SUMMARY: The FP&A organization propels the business through data-driven forecast, provides influential insights and drives operational efficiencies.It's an exciting time and this position will play a critical role in driving change, implementing best practices, and challenging the status quo as we continue to scale. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive forecasting process and partner with finance team to drive consolidation across Digital Media 
• Manage and maintain all quarterly reporting of financials related to HC & Expense for reviews with Corp FP&A 
• Develop thorough understanding of overall P&L and share insights to drive decision making 
• Build financial models, run scenario analysis and provide data analytics to identify areas of risk and opportunity.
• Present financial summary and business insights to senior management, highlighting key opportunities and areas of concern.
• Drive continual operational improvement, lead governance, standardization, and automation to scale the business.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to drive interaction with senior level management and provide guidance/recommendations. 
• Strength in managing data and summarizing analysis into executive presentation views with data visualizations
• Proficient in working in large data sets and identifying trends / anomalies against expectations
• Highly motivated, self-starter, with ability to work independently while maintaining the big picture view • Proven data modeling and analytical skills 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required 
• Experience in Anaplan, Tableau preferred. TM1 and or SAP/ERP system a plus
• Experience with SAAS companies a plus.
