Brand My Bag is a custom brand packaging company servicing the cannabis industry. We strive to help our partners stand out from the crowd with eye-catching, full-color print designs on quality, compliant marijuana packaging.

We specialize in Mylar bag packaging, fully printed stand up pouches, and lay flat pouches. We can also custom brand a variety of different containers used by the industry, including pop top vials and glass jars by printing rollstock labels that are transferred onto the containers. We use state-of-the-art printing technology to create whatever our customers have in mind.

As the Project Coordinator for Brand My Bag, you will have the unique opportunity to work both directly with customers as well as lead and schedule pre/post meetings for small and large rollouts with the internal production team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage installations with outsourced vendors and customers 
• Ensuring packaging designs are functional and accurately represent the company’s brand 
• Evaluate production methods to produce projects in the most economical way and on time 
• Solve problems as they develop 
• Accurately measure and perform site surveys and measurements for new projects 
• Perform follow up meetings with team members after completion of work to best identify areas for improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum (2) years’ experience as an estimator/project coordinator in small or large digital printing 
• Solid working knowledge of digital printing, flexo packaging and converting 
• Knowledgeable in the movement of materials through the manufacturing process 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Proactive self-starter with a Great Attitude and Work Ethic 
• Strong background in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel and Adobe Suite software 
• Exceptional math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers and fractions. Must be able to use and read a tape measure 
• Ability to fulfill occasional late nights and/or weekend work
