    TITLE: CRO PARTNER MANAGER

    DURATION: 12MONTHS

    LOCATION: WHIPPANY, NJ 07981

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Alliance Management is part of the Pharma Clinical Operations organization and is based in Whippany, NJ. The function is responsible to ensure that studies outsourced to the CRO strategic partners proceed to their goals efficiently, effectively, and harmoniously and in a timely fashion. Scope of responsibilities include partnership governance, performance oversight, issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

     

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The CRO Partner Manager role is a key contributor to Alliance Management operations. The role supports CRO performance oversight, organization and communication of partnership information and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

     

    POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Management of the Alliance Management sharepoint
    • Management of the Partnership portal(s) including access control, content organization and updates
    • Outsourced study performance oversight support including performance tracking, goal achievement/updates, organize regular touch points with Bayer Teams, etc.
    • Planning and execution of communications plan such as newsletters, web-info casts, Q&A forums, etc.
    • Planning and organization of the COSMOS Champion Network – quarterly meetings
    • CRO Partnership continuous improvement initiatives such as annual survey / follow up, implementation of joint celebrations, etc.
  • Qualifications

    REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S):

    • BA or BS in a pharmaceutical development related field

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5-7 years’ experience in pharmaceutical project management, clinical development or clinical development operations
    • Experience managing external relationships
    • Demonstrated project leadership skillset
    • Strong analytical/problem solving
    • Strong communication / IT systems skills
