    As a Used Car Buyer, you're vital to our operation. We produce hundreds of monthly leads, with 5-10% converting to successful transactions. We need someone who can transform these opportunities into satisfied, successful deals!

    Primary Responsibilities:

    LEARNING REQUIREMENTS:

    Master our CRM system for client communication, follow-up, and interaction documentation

    Utilize our Evaluation Tools and external vehicle assessment platforms

    Apply Buy Center conversation scripts for phone communications

    Understand our proven vehicle acquisition methodology

    Develop fundamental automotive knowledge

    EXECUTION REQUIREMENTS:

    Contact 100 prospects daily through multi-channel communication strategy

    Schedule 2-3 daily meetings with appropriate pricing parameters

    Complete 16-24 vehicle purchases monthly

    Achieve 5-star Google ratings from 50% of completed transactions

    Conduct vehicle evaluations in various weather situations

    Process all necessary DMV documentation for acquisitions and loan payoffs

    Keep purchase and monitoring records current

    Capture celebratory seller photos for team distribution and marketing use

    Participate in weekly team education sessions

    Engage in individual manager conferences

    Desired Qualifications & Characteristics:

    Minimum 3 years customer interaction experience (additional experience valued)

    Exceptional oral and written communication essential (constant communication required)

    Quantitative and analytical abilities

    Advanced interpersonal awareness

    High school completion mandatory; university education advantageous but optional

    Proven track record following structured protocols

    Typing speed: 30 WPM at 95% precision; fundamental computer/internet competency

    Reliable performance, optimistic outlook, and collaborative spirit

    Flexibility to master evolving systems and procedures

    Spanish language skills beneficial but optional

    Saturday availability required

    Automotive industry background unnecessary

    Compensation Package:

    Projected annual earnings: $60,000 - $90,000
