Responsibilities: • Arrange and accompany auto sales customers on test drives • Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales • Field inquiries about used car contracts and facilitate support to summarize the related financing options • Uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance, whether in the showroom or attending sales meetings • Create a positive auto sales experience by taking a knowledgeable approach to presenting used car features, options, and differentiating characteristics Qualifications: • One year of auto sales experience, working as a sales representative, or related retail sales jobs is required • High school diploma mandatory; bachelor’s degree preferred • Must hold a valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and an outgoing personality are critical • Requires knowledge in used car features, auto sales, car dealership protocols, financing options, and automotive sales Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000 Yearly
