Core Responsibilities:
Execute daily prospect outreach using phone, text, and email channels
Address concerns effectively and book face-to-face meetings with qualified prospects
Evaluate trade-ins and maintain regular management communication on opportunities
Welcome visitors, demonstrate inventory, conduct test drives, and begin price discussions
Guide financing application processes
Create contracts and coordinate with closing personnel as needed
Document all interactions in our CRM platform
Participate in quarterly team gatherings at ownership's residence to enhance procedures
Zero cold-calling required. Our substantial monthly marketing spend delivers the prospects - you simply shepherd them through our sales process.

Compensation Structure:
Base earnings expectation: $50,000+
