REQUIRED

• Less than five (5) years’ experience with major project or organization. 
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree.
• JIRA Expertise including experience with project setup, administration, and workflow management
• Experience in generating and analyzing reports using JIRA

PREFERRED

• Less than five (5) years’ experience of general IT system experience or formal training or education with IT systems.
• Two (2) years’ experience with Healthcare systems.
• Any certifications and experience with process improvement techniques (such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PDCA cycles, and Kanban), Project Management, Business Analysis, ITIL or similar.
• Master’s Degree.
