    Job Description

    The Sales Enablement Intern will be responsible for supporting the UserTesting Sales teams (SDR, AE, RSD, Partners, Solutions Consulting), through a strategic, ongoing process that equips them with the tools, resources and skills to make them more efficient, and ultimately improve sales execution and drive revenue for the company.

    The scope of this role will focus on the three pillars defined and owned by UserTesting Sales Enablement:

    1. Sales Training

    2. Sales Communications & Strategies

    3. Sales Tools & Resources

    The Sales Enablement Intern will primarily be responsible for supporting the Sales Onboarding 30-60-90 Day Program and clean-up of our Sales Enablement Portal (HighSpot).

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Sales Onboarding 30-60-90 Day Program: Support the sales onboarding experience for any new-hire in the sales organization. This includes designing online curriculum and creating content and structure for the courses including a personal (trackable) checklist, sales competency certifications, additional resources, and weekly check-in calls for feedback and ongoing support.

    • Sales Enablement Portal and Asset Management: In order to keep information up-to-date and relevant for our fast-passed selling process, the Enablement Portal requires continuous maintenance. This includes the design, creation of assets and pages, and management of all aspects of the space.

    • As-Needed Sales Support: There’s always a need for one-off projects and sales support for specific projects. Examples include:  

      • Serve as go-to resource when sales team needs specific content

      • Help sales reps find content and relevant information as needed

      • Be our sales advocate and liaison to help make sales as efficient as possible

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Previous Sales and/or Marketing Internship Experience

    • Excellent written and communication skills

    • Self-motivated and able to execute on project-based work
