A premier destination for sports, entertainment, and community events, Mtn Dew Park is known for its vibrant atmosphere and top-notch facility. The Park has brought some exciting events to Southern Illinois such as, Brantley Gilbert and Luke Combs, to PBR Bull Riding, Nitro Circus and the Colt World Series since opening its doors in 2007. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Thrillville Family and contribute to the overall guest experience.

Job Description:

The Usher serves as the first point of contact for guests attending events at the stadium. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with seating and directions, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and ensuring an outstanding fan experience throughout all events.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.

Verify tickets and assist guests in locating their assigned seating areas.

Provide directions to concessions, restrooms, merchandise locations, and stadium amenities.

Monitor assigned seating sections and aisles to maintain safety and accessibility.

Assist guests with questions, concerns, and special accommodations.

Enforce stadium policies and procedures in a courteous and professional manner.

Respond appropriately to emergencies and notify supervisors of incidents or safety concerns.

Help manage crowd flow during entry, game play, intermissions, and exit.

Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-friendly environment.

Work collaboratively with security, concessions, ticketing, and stadium staff.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Assist with maintaining and running operations in our Bouncey House

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Must be at least 16 years of age (or company minimum age requirement).

Physical Requirements:

Standing and walking for extended periods.

Ability to navigate stairs and stadium seating areas.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
