Job Description:

• Agents will use a client focused and needs based review process to educate consumers about their insurance needs and options.

• Agents will develop their own marketing strategies and generate reliable referral programs. They will also schedule appointments, identify client needs and present appropriate products.

• Agents will meet sales quotas through effective communication and proven word tracks with potential clients.

• Agents must be comfortable working in a team environment and maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to succeed each and every day.

• Agents will be responsible for quoting multiple products and spend time with clients both over the phone and face to face.

• Agents must be comfortable working with new prospects and guiding them through the insurance sales process face-to-face and through online or telecommunication.

Requirements:

• Sales experience (outside or inside sales experience, telemarketing) preferred.

• Successful track record of meeting sales quotas/goals preferred.

• Interest in marketing products and services based on client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)

• People-oriented

• Strong organizational skills

• Self-motivated

• Dedicated to client service.

• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely

• Property and Casualty licensed (must be able to obtain)

This position is placed by Ustaffed, with flexibility to work throughout the United States, remote or in-person depending on assignment. Will have the opportunity to work with both captive and independent agencies, representing multiple companies. Agents of Ustaffed must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Agents will be placed in the appropriate opportunity, depending on their strengths and passion for the specific insurance sector.
