Position Overview:
A fast-growing insurance agency is seeking Marketing Representatives to join Ustaffed.
We are seeking energetic individuals interested in helping not only our agency grow through competitive pricing and quality customer service but wanting to grow themselves as well.

We offer a retirement plan, generous benefit packages, a base salary and commission with potential up to 60k+.
Job Description:
All representatives must be comfortable working in a team environment and maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to succeed each and every day.
All representatives must be willing to meet new people, attend events including networking, meet and greets and be motivated to build and maintain relationships and ask for business.
All representatives will be required to visit new businesses and introduce themselves and the company. You will need to market the company and its products and set yourself apart from others through an exceptional attitude, diligence, and work ethic.
Requirements:
Successful track record of meeting goals preferred
Interest in marketing products and services based on client needs
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
People-oriented
Strong organizational skills
Self-motivated
Dedicated to referral source service and networking
Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
Property and Casualty licensed (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health licensed (must be able to obtain)
