STORE SUPPORT SPECIALIST: Requires training of product knowledge
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position requires you to Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction via phone conversations. Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and product knowledge given to you. Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with the guidance and direction of the store manager. Follow up to ensure resolution via phone or email. This position requires you to keep records of customer interactions, process customer account, and file documents when required.
THE STORES SUPPORT SPECIALIST is to maintain the appearance of the store making sure everything is clean and up to current sanitation standards. Additional responsibilities may include unpacking warehouse deliveries, building equipment for the showroom floor, and fulfill special orders for customers.
