    THE DAY-TO-DAY

    Your creativity shines through as you take recordings or ideas from our CEO and write up engaging blog posts, email campaigns, social media ads, and weekly text sequences. You identify potential leads and determine the right series of emails that will get them excited about talking with our sales team. By tracking communication sequences, you are able to monitor engagement. You also manage the entire CRM system, keeping client information up to date. Always maintaining organization and consistency, you ensure that our marketing and messaging run smoothly. As our Email Marketing / Administrative Assistant, your hard work sets the tone for our entire company!

    The typical schedule for this remote position is flexible to fit your needs but also requires a few set meetings each week. You can expect to work a part-time schedule of 20-30 HOURS PER WEEK.

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EMAIL MARKETING / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    • Experience with email sequences and marketing
    • Ability to adapt to CRM technologies (you don't need experience with the one we use, but having used something similar in the past will certainly help i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
    • Located in St. George (PREFERRED)
