Part Time Real Estate Appointment Setter
Job Description
Luxury Home Team is looking for a confident, motivated, highly social, hard-working individual who is comfortable creating connections, following up, problem-solving, and handling all appointment setting for already-qualified potential clients.
The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting pre-qualified customer leads, and booking them appointments with the real estate agent to talk about buying or selling a luxury home.
This job is part-time, working from the comfort of your own home, but can be scaled to full-time if desired because we are overwhelmed with a constant supply of high-quality inbound leads.
You will be paid an hourly rate plus a flat fee for each appointment you book!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR APPOINTMENT SETTER
As a Real Estate Appointment Setter, your job is all about following up with clients who have previously shown an interest in buying or selling property with Luxury Home Team. You will be contacting the hot leads, determining what their needs are, and ultimately booking appointments. Since your primary duty will be working on warm leads, you will need to be confident in how you conduct those conversations and will need to be able to overcome objections.
Once you determine that they are ready for the next step in the real estate buyers process, you will then cultivate those client inquiries to convert leads into appointments. You'll coordinate to book clients an appointment with the owner/realtor who will go over all of their real estate questions and concerns, show properties, negotiate, and make the final sale. If the client is not ready to buy, then you will determine where they are in the process, record notes about their current situation, add them to the CRM, and continue to follow-up with them.

WORK SCHEDULE
This position has a flexible schedule. We are looking for someone to work 20 to 30 hours a week, but we can be flexible with the days and times worked. Basically, we can get together and map out a work schedule that fits your needs, but there will be a few set meetings per week that we will need you to attend.
