    Job Description

    Do you have a passion for social media & email marketing? Do you have an eye for detail with writing and editing content? Are you familiar with email sequence automation and CRM platforms? If so, the Email Marketing Admin position at Luxury Home Team might be the role for you!

    This role is all about creating different forms of content, sharing it on multiple platforms, and identifying potential leads and segmenting them to get the right series of emails that will get them excited to talk to our sales team.

    This job is part-time (20 to 30 hrs a week), working from the comfort of your own home, but we'd prefer to hire someone in St George, Utah area to allow us to meet together as needed.

    Luxury Home Team is a small but rapidly growing real estate firm located in St George, Utah. We focus on higher-end homes and clients and thus create buying & selling experiences that wow our client base. We pride ourselves in not being like your average real estate agent.

    A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR EMAIL MARKETING ADMIN ASSISTANT

    This role is all about creating content, creating & tracking communication sequences, & managing the entire CRM system. You will be taking recordings or ideas from the CEO, and writing up blog posts, email campaigns, social media ads, and weekly text sequences in order to engage with potential leads.

    Once qualified leads have been identified, you will then need to score them, segment them, and efficiently assign them to one of our sales reps so that they can reach out to those potential clients that you've identified, and book an appointment with the real estate agent.

    This job is all about organization and consistency, ensuring that our marketing and messaging runs like a well-oiled machine because it is the drumbeat that sets the tone for the entire organization.

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Previous experience with email sequences and marketing

    • Ability to adapt to CRM technologies (you don't need experience with the one we use, but having used something similar in the past will certainly help ie. hubspot, salesforce, pipedrive, etc)

    • Strong communication and time management skills

    • Creative and driven

    • Strong writing skills - can write content in a conversational way

    • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to analyze, track, and monitor content engagement

    • Can cultivate relationships with potential leads through highly personalized email campaigns and text sequences

    WORK SCHEDULE

    This position has a flexible schedule. We are looking for someone to work 20 to 30 hours a week, but we can be flexible with the days and times worked. Basically we can get together and map out a work schedule that fits your needs, but there will be a few set meetings per week that we will need you to attend.
