We are striving to develop our team into the best in the industry- respecting children's physical, mental and emotional health while teaching them lifesaving water safety skills. Our instruction also teaches stroke development and refinement. You will work with ages from 4 months all the way to Adults. Responsibilities: • Learn to teach Survival Swimming skills in accordance with the Aquatics Academy program in a Fun, Positive, and Empowering manner • Provide continuous, positive reinforcing feedback to students and parents on swimming skills and progression • Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of desired skills • Ensure swimmer safety • Strong time management skills, ensuring lesson times are respected as scheduled • Strong communication and listening skills are critical • Desire to learn new skills Qualifications: • Must be INCREDIBLE WITH CHILDREN- kind, patient, loving, caring, understanding, responsible, respectful, friendly, reliable and personable. • Must be comfortable in a pool for several hours a day. Compensation: $12 - $17 Hourly
