Responsibilities:

● Execute carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and general construction duties.

● Collaborate with the crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

● Follow project, company, and OSHA safe work practices.

● Assist and train inexperienced workers to learn the trade.

Requirements:

● Proficiency or familiarity in multiple trades such as demolition, framing, formwork, roofing, millwork, and general repairs.

● Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety practices.

● Desire to grow into a leadership role within the company.

● Must work well with others, but also be self-sufficient when assigned to one-person tasks.

● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary Salary: $22.00 - $34.50 per hour Expected hours: 50 per week

Requirements:

● License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)

● Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)

Additional Information:

● Zero Tolerance Drug Policy: Ute Creek Construction maintains a strict zero tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use. All employees must pass drug and alcohol screenings as per company policy.

● Preference for CDL Drivers: While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with a valid CDL license.
