Job Description:

We are currently seeking motivated and skilled Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in residential and commercial construction, particularly in roofing and carpentry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and completion of roofing and carpentry projects.

Perform tasks such as carrying materials, loading and unloading equipment, working at heights, and operating hand tools.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

● Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or remodeling.

● Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

● Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

● Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Harding County, NM.

Zero Tolerance Drug Policy:

Preferred Qualification:

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with a valid CDL license.
