WHY WE NEED YOU:

We are looking for an undergraduate internship with the ability to hire full time or extend after graduation. Utilimarc is a small and nimble team made up of the most passionate people. We’re acting to add a Data Analyst - Intern to the mix. You will be responsible for assisting and supporting our clients with their data. You will be focused on the delivery and quality of key performance indicators (KPI) and reports.

JOB DUTIES:

• Develop and maintain data & reports by translating functional requirements into standard reporting solutions
• Assist in quality assurance activities to ensure accurate delivery of key performance indicators (KPI) and reports
• Work closely with clients and Utilimarc team to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.
• Work with clients to determine business requirements, priorities, and define key performance indicators (KPI). 
• Educate and train clients to use the data as an analytical tool, displaying the information in new forms and content for the purpose of analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working towards a bachelor or technical degree in a related technical field.
• Familiarity in programming languages is a plus (SQL, R, Python, etc.)
• Enjoy solving difficult problems and exploring new datasets.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects.
• Ability to convey insights from data using visualizations or tables.
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrable verbal and written communications to maintain effective work and client relationships with all levels of personnel
• Ability to work independently and in a group environment.
