DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER
We are seeking a candidate who wants to learn quickly to become a key member of our digital operations team.
Develop your digital skills making a difference for a niche media company that serves the utility and construction industry. UBM is a small company doing big things that include event production, publishing (digital & print), training and association management.
We make full use of digital platforms and integrations such as Google Suite, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Wordpress and several others. We are really into digital automation. Any experience on these platforms is definitely a big plus!
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Experience utilizing online “Software as A Service” platforms such as eMail, Google Suite, CRMs (Salesforce is a +)
Understanding of data structure and mapping to facilitate software integrations and data merging
Ability to develop and document technical process and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams and clients, identifying areas for business process improvements, campaign optimization opportunities
Assist in development and support of operations & marketing automation efforts, including build and use of tools such as Nimble, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or other automation platforms
Assist in development and support of KPIs and Dashboard tools for reporting
Ability to manage cross-department projects and systems that impact marketing, sales, member services and accounting
Analyze marketing performance data. Work with internal team members to establish & implement plans to achieve engagement goals & key program success indicators
