We are currently hiring Utility Workers to join our team in a climate-controlled manufacturing warehouse. This Utility Worker role is ideal for individuals with experience in forklift operation, machine operation, or general manufacturing who are seeking long-term stability, consistent hours, and growth opportunities.

Location: Colonial Heights, VA
Pay Rate: $20.25 per hour
Shifts: Rotating shifts

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automatic balers, rewinders, and slitters

• Perform daily tasks assigned to a Utility Worker in a production environment

• Safely start, stop, and adjust machinery to maintain quality standards

• Perform routine equipment inspections and report mechanical concerns

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Utility Worker, machine operator, or manufacturing associate preferred

• Forklift experience or certification is a plus

• Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required (employee-provided)

• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work rotating shifts
