The person in the position of Utility/Packaging Specialist will handle all aspects of product, from assembling, filling, sealing, and prep for delivery. Specialist will be expected to carry out (on a rotational basis) the following:

· Properly gather packaging material and tools

· Keep the product safe and secure from the outside environment.

· Pack products into plastic packaging; properly seal packaging checking for quality

· Ensure proper label application

· Count, wrap and case finished product for delivery

· Debagging empty containers

· Transporting product into cooler or storage in an organized manner into delivery area

· Maintain a clean work area

· Follow all company food safety protocols and government regulations

· Performs duties in a matter that promotes food safety

Performs other duties as assigned
