Utility Property Manager -- Advancement Opportunities!

Roles & Responsibilities

-- Assist the property management department with various administrative tasks -- Shadow more experienced property managers to pave the way toward advancement -- Frequently conduct on-site visits to managed properties -- Communicate with property managers, staff, tenants and vendors -- Assist our teams with providing more efficient services. -- Solicit repair bids from vendors and oversee home improvement projects
