Administrative Assistant
This is a full-time long-term position with excellent benefits which include medical, dental, vision and 401K with employer matching, sick leave and accrued vacation time. Job Description: - Administrative Duties include answering the phone, filing, scanning, faxing, desktop printing, shipping and other related duties. - Posting available positions on recruitment sites and retaining and organizing resume files. - Develop and maintain an open line of communication and liaison with professors and administration departments of top universities. - Make detailed travel arrangements for technical/management members of the Company. - Maintain Company calendar - meetings and travel related. - Maintain Company inventory and order supplies. - Maintain and file all Company invoices and receipts. - Collaborate with the Administrative team in all matters related to contractual responsibilities, engaging with tech companies in the market, clients, US government agencies, universities, and research and development institutions. - Collaborate with the market and business development team through all possible channels including Internet research. - Collaborate with the management team in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Qualifications: - Excellent phone manner and screening calls. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and G Suite. - Good knowledge of QuickBooks is a major plus. - Excellent written communication skills. - Proactive approach to work, well-organized and detail-oriented. - Well-mannered, well-groomed, personable, team-oriented. - Dedicated, enthusiastic and ability to perform and follow-thru under deadlines. - Keen and avid to grow your capabilities to advance UC's business - Be able to think on your feet.
