    We’re hiring a driven real estate Director of Operations to support the Real Estate Team Leader and the team in advancing the business's trajectory through systems, processes, marketing, and increased production. This person takes pride in the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems to create operational efficiencies with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. The ideal candidate is a quick problem solver, highly organized, and has experience in the real estate industry. This is an in-office position. An active real estate licensed is required. Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and organizational goals. • Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and develop solutions to streamline operations. • Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage the team's budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenses. • Client Relationship Management: Implement systems to maintain and improve client satisfaction and retention. • Technology Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of technology tools to support sales and operations. • Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to inform decision-making. • Training and Development: Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. • Networking and Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts, such as developers, lenders, and other real estate professionals. • Marketing and Branding: Develop branding and marketing strategies to attract clients. Qualifications: • Active MN Real Estate License. • Real Estate Industry Experience: A strong background in the real estate industry, including experience in sales, operations, or management within a real estate brokerage or team. • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members at all levels. • Strategic Thinking: Proven experience developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and organizational goals, focusing on long-term growth and success. • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. • Real Estate Marketing Expertise: Experience in real estate marketing strategies, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing. • Lead Generation and Conversion: Proven ability to generate leads through various marketing channels and convert them into sales opportunities, focusing on maximizing ROI and driving revenue growth. Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly
