    The executive search virtual assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO on a part-time basis. Responsibilities include:

    • Calendar management: Scheduling meetings and appointments
    • Travel arrangements: Booking travel and accommodations, creating trip itineraries, and handling reservations and changes
    • Expense management: Tracking spending and preparing expense reports
    • Communication: Responding to emails and phone calls, writing company correspondence, and managing social media accounts
    • Reporting: Preparing reports and handling confidential information
    • Marketing support and research
  • Qualifications
