    FACILITY LEADER JOB DESCRIPTION

    POSITION: FACILITY LEADER

    INSTITUTE: Facility Lead Holy Redeemer Consortium (HRC) and IPAMA

    OVERVIEW:

    The Facility Lead will maintain and oversees HRC and IPAMA grounds, buildings, and equipment to ensure that a workspace is safe and functional. This individual must be efficient, trustworthy, self-motivated, and committed to ensuring excellence inf facility oversight and operations. This person is responsible for setting up events for HRC and IPAMA, ensuring IPAMA East and IPAMA North are opened timely for events and building are secure after events. Ensure all equipment is properly stored after events and facilities are cleaned and maintained following each event. They are responsible for building appearance and cleanliness at all times. They are responsible for Exterior cleanliness and ensure properties are free of litter. From initiation trough execution, this individual must ensure every aspect for all events held at IPAMA and events planned by HRC reflect the distinction of HRC. They will work with both internal and external partners to ensure efficient delivery of excellence within programming of activities. Individual must maintain facilities at the highest possible level and work well with others.

    This position is under the management of Operations Director.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or GED required, college some preferred. • 2- 4 year of facility experience • Strong Communication • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills • Ability to multiple tasks and manage various responsibilities • Ability to coordinate with various vendors and suppliers • Detail oriented and organized • Works well under pressure • Ability to complete task timely and with excellence • Highly responsible and reliable • Good coordination skills

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Setup for events of varying sizes and purposes • Must be available weekends and evening based on schedule of events • Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. heating system, alarms, security cameras) • Ensure all equipment is properly stored • Ensure the protection of all displays, Art and Artifacts • Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations • Restock office and bathroom supplies • Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building • Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling • Fix minor malfunctions or small repairs • Coordinate office and parking space allocation • Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses • Maintain accurate work logs • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Removing hazardous materials from all areas accessible to employees and guests • Responding to urgent maintenance calls
