    Account Executive (Domestic Market) - Itasca, IL

    **Compensation/Benefits Overview **- $80,000-$90,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses. Perks are unique, and would include red carpet events, sports games, concerts, etc.

    We are a leading manufacturing company, that simply put, sells quality products. With a 75-year history, our name speaks for itself. Primarily, our products are sold to sporting/concert venues, stadiums, and similar type facilities. We are looking for a motivated, professional with experience in outside sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your love of events, your sales and account management skills while working with some of the biggest names in the industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and stay up to date on industry trends.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure product offerings meet the needs of customers.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to current and potential customers.
    • Prepare and deliver proposals to customers, negotiating terms and conditions, as necessary.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
    • Travel to existing customers as well as potential new customers to include dinners, luncheons, and attending industry events and tradeshows. Travel is approximately 25%.
    • Provide regular feedback to leadership on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
    • 2+ years in a similar role, outside sales/account management.
    • Ability to travel, roughly 25% of the position is travel.
    • Professional, likeable, and confident personality.
    • Professional presentation, excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
