Responsibilities and Duties for TEAM MEMBER
Some of the CREW MEMBER job duties include, but are not limited to:
Total menu knowledge
Amazing Guest Service
Ability to do simple math
Ensure order accuracy and quality
Work in an efficient and quick manner
Ensure total Restaurant cleanliness
Maintain a fun and fulfilling work environment
Timeliness
Excellent communication skills
Team Member Qualifications and Skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent menu and product knowledge.
Accountable for the preparation of the guest’s order.
Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner.
Team player.

Participates in all Firehouse Subs® Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as cashier or cleaning, per management direction, or any other duties assigned by the general manager, assistant manager, or shift leader.
Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
REPORTS TO: General Manager
Must complete Firehouse Training & Obtain a valid Food Handlers Card within 30 days of starting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $12.50 and up
