About the Role:

Pamir Healthcare Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our growing team in Ashburn, VA. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes

Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration

Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment

Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors

Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as required

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Personal Care Aide, Home Health Aide, or caregiver preferred

Valid Virginia PCA certification or willingness to obtain one

Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Ashburn/Leesburg, VA area

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
