Work closely with VA paralegals and Client Support Coordinators to ensure timely collection of records, client communication, and documentation.

Monitor case status via the VA and Board of Veterans’ Appeals systems and take appropriate follow-up actions.

Maintain thorough documentation in the firm’s case management system.

Provide compassionate legal guidance to clients navigating the complexities of the VA system.
