    To help us continue our growth at VA Claims Insider (VACI), we’re seeking an experienced ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our highly skilled team of world-changers. Ideal candidates should be resourceful, problem solvers, and hard working. You will be expected to set and achieve goals. We’re a startup, so you’ll have autonomy but be expected to manage tasks and responsibilities to meet the department and company goals.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    The Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant position will report directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager and will provide billing/account management services for VA Claims Insider

    Create and manage invoices and account statements

    Create new billing schedules for clients using services such as PaySimple, FattMerchant, and Square for ACH and credit card payments

    Follow agreed-upon standardized process(es) to ensure invoices are created, tracked, and paid on-time utilizing the Company’s internal CRM tool (training will be provided)

    Send regular follow-up emails, text messages, and make regular phone calls, to encourage clients to pay their outstanding balance

    Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients

    Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.

    Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.

    Regular and routine interaction with VA Claims Insider team members, as necessary, but usually on a daily basis.

    Ability to use Microsoft Excel proficiently
