Startup Remote Sales:
This is a dynamic role that directs only warm leads your way (NO Cold Calling! EVER!) – you will be making outbound calls to veterans who have engaged with us at some level. You will work with them to determine if we are a good fit for each other, and then help them to move forward with our medical coaching/consulting process.
You’ll work directly with our leadership team to learn the VA Claims Insider proprietary process and you’ll be a VA disability claim expert in no-time!

VA Claims Insider also connects veterans with vetted independent medical providers in our referral network for medical examinations, Disability Benefit Questionnaire (DBQ) reviews, and credible Medical Nexus Letters.

Responsibilities:
· Prospect into strategic claim accounts via warm & hot leads, email and company social media strategies
· Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Veteran Coaches.
· Maintain and organize a record of new prospective clients within CRM
· Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of VA Claims Elite 8-Step Service
· Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect clients to book claims appointments and influence company revenue.
Qualifications and Skills:
● At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service preferred but not required
● An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping veterans and their families
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate well with prospects, current veteran clients, and our team members
● 25-30 phone calls PER DAY average (15 min each).
● Excellent resourcefulness, time management, decision-making abilities, and organizational skills
● Previous experience using CRM software is preferred

Salary: $48,000 - $58,600
