    🎯 What You’ll Do

    Lead Generation & Community Outreach

    Build and expand referral relationships with VA hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, senior service agencies, and community partners.

    Represent our agency at senior centers, VFWs, hospitals, and assisted living facilities—hosting educational presentations and community events.

    Identify and manage strategic partnerships, referral agreements, and rate negotiations to maximize lead flow.

    Lead Conversion

    Guide veterans and families through eligibility for VA benefits, Medicaid, private pay, and other home care funding options.

    Educate clients on available services and support them through application and enrollment processes.

    Actively follow up on leads to convert them into long-term clients.

    Operations & Digital Marketing

    Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, partner engagement, and client communication.

    Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and improve the client journey.

    Manage local digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, etc.) to boost visibility and engagement.
