Hiring: Social Media Manager Pay: 10hr/week @ $30/hr We are a new and innovative startup launching our product, VAE Energy Spray, this December. We are selling online to start (vaelabs.com), but will be in stores in NYC next summer. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to work on a part-time basis creating content for our TikTok and Instagram. As the Social Media Manager, you will be in charge of our social media channels, posting content we get from the influencers we partner with as well as making your own original content to grow our brand. You will work with us to develop social media strategies and will be responsible for executing those strategies and developing our brand voice. We are looking for someone with a high degree of maturity and professionalism, currently in college, and with strong written and oral skills, project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. Most importantly, we want someone who is creative and will bring their own touch and vision and give life to the brand. Responsibilities: Develop strategies for social media to maximize outreach and increase engagement Create Tiktok videos such as "Day in the life of a student" for the brand's account Repurpose video content for other channels including Facebook and Instagram Develop and manage editorial calendar Stay on top of current trends and maintain brand voice Support sales channel initiatives with original content Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the brand Requirements: Use caffeine-based products (coffee, energy drinks, etc.) fairly regularly Creative and strategic thinker with experience executing content creation, storytelling, media planning and social media Strong understanding of consumers and media consumption habits along with target audiences/consumer profiling and devising strategies that engage, inform and drive the business. Exceptional time management, budgeting and organizational skills An energizer and an excellent team player. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Currently in college A strong social media presence is a plus
