    ABOUT THE ROLE   

    This role is full time based out of the VALD USA office in Charlotte, NC.  

    As a critical member of our commercial team, as part of your onboarding, you'll travel to our Australian HQ to become entirely up to speed on our systems to equip you for success.  

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:  

    • Be the main point of contact for our Charlotte office. 
    • Co-ordinating administration for our commercial team, such as incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Co-ordinating general office operations. 
    • Reception duties. 
    • Other general administration duties when required. 
    • Meet and greet clients and visitors, determine needs. 
    • Coordinate with the VALD HQ for any new employee IT equipment.  
    • Assist with visitor and contractor management. 
    • Assist with other duties such as mail, scanning of documents and couriers. 
    • Continually seek to identify inefficiencies, improve process and work with the business to implement where agreed.

     

    IS THIS YOU?  

    • A willingness to use your initiative to solve problems  
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via various mediums, including team calls online and in-person interaction
    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
    • Have a friendly, professional phone manner 
    • Attention to detail 
    • A conscientious work ethic 
    • Physically unrestricted to lift heavy objects (up to around 70lbs) 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
    • Good organizational and time-management skills 
    • Ability to work unsupervised and multi-task 
    • Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
