The Professional Retail Stylist is someone that can easily work with lots of personalities, is able to adapt to ANY customer or situation, and is able to keep the energy of the team thriving. You will have full training on merchandise, selling techniques, and the company’s policy by the management and HQ team,

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cater to our customers to provide the BEST customer service possible 

• Build clientele and maintain relationships with customers

• Help clients create the most suitable image by choosing clothes and accessories that fit clients’ body types and individual needs (Recommends merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences)

• Sell merchandise to customers in accordance with company operational standards, policies, and procedures

• Demonstrate knowledge in fashion and the company blueprint to best serve the customer

• Prepare merchandise for selling floor presentation maintaining brand integrity in all areas of visual displays

• Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards so that the store is a neat, clean and safe environment for all associates and customers

• Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of previous fashion retail sales experience

• Relationship-building experience in luxury retail sales or stylist experience

• Experience in the fashion industry (No matter the position)

• Knowledge of sizing and fabrics

• Good sense of fashion and current styling trends

• Team player with hands-on sales experience

• Integrity, professionalism, and sophisticated manner reflective of the VALIANT PARIS INC brand image

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the drive to develop and maintain strong client relationships

• A demonstrated understanding of personal style

• Comfortable communicating and working with high-profile clientele

• Constantly striving for excellence with meticulous attention to detail

• A passion for making a difference and a winning spirit

• Ability to work flexible shifts on days, nights, holidays, and weekends according to the needs of the business
