Base + Commission
RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes but is not limited to
· Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity
· Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly goals on a consistent basis
· Ability to utilize technology to engage clients including CRM (Hubspot)
· Own entire sales process
· Able to take direction and follow systems while maintaining creativity
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: (Includes but not limited to)
· 3+ years of sales experience
· Strong sales techniques, excellent closing and negotiating skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· An understanding and passion for the digital world we live in including social media and digital advertising
· Individually driven to work in a highly competitive environment and willing to learn new skills
