Job Description

 We are seeking an Area Manager to become an integral part of our team? You will coordinate and oversee work activities of outside teams at worksite locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and improve operational practices and accountability
• Distribute resources and equipment to worksites
• Meet with clients to build rapport and determine needs, to then implement tasks to improve performance
• Provide daily operations oversight of outside teams
• Provide safety training instruction to outside teams
• Coach and motivate field employees to improve progress goals and promote teamwork
• Submit weekly activity reports to client and corporate office as required
• Enforce policies and procedure in accordance with HR regulations and company policies, progressive disciplinary reporting as necessary
• Must have transportation to make visits to worksite locations and meetings
• must be flexible to work variable schedules
• Must be able to attain a clear result in a bio-metric background check screen

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in operations management, or other related fields
• Strong communication and follow up skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong leadership qualities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Some college preferred but not required
