Job Description
We are seeking an Area Manager to become an integral part of our team? You will coordinate and oversee work activities of outside teams at worksite locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and improve operational practices and accountability
- Distribute resources and equipment to worksites
- Meet with clients to build rapport and determine needs, to then implement tasks to improve performance
- Provide daily operations oversight of outside teams
- Provide safety training instruction to outside teams
- Coach and motivate field employees to improve progress goals and promote teamwork
- Submit weekly activity reports to client and corporate office as required
- Enforce policies and procedure in accordance with HR regulations and company policies, progressive disciplinary reporting as necessary
- Must have transportation to make visits to worksite locations and meetings
- must be flexible to work variable schedules
- Must be able to attain a clear result in a bio-metric background check screen
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in operations management, or other related fields
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong leadership qualities
REQUIREMENTS:

- Some college preferred but not required
