Job Description

We are looking for a veteran motivated Medical & Dental Sales Representative to join our team and have an immediate impact on the sales department. Our ideal candidate is an expert in customer relationship management (CRM), who feels comfortable reaching out to potential clients in the health care field. You employ your detailed product knowledge and sales skills along with your existing customer base to demonstrate the need for our products, as well as the benefits we offer over potential competitors. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in health care or a related field are strongly preferred. This role requires some travel.

MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and nurture relationships with customers
• Effectively demonstrate a health care provider’s need for company products
• Present, Promote and Sell our products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and Implement a sales plan for existing and new customers, access their needs and characteristics. Present appropriate, product, solutions and services.
• Provide product samples
• Perform product demonstrations.
• Meet and exceed quota.
• Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends. Plan sales activity based on territory needs to ensure that territory attains or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales goals.

MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a medical or scientific discipline.
• 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare sales supply in the field.
• Awareness of competing products and advancements in the field
• Experience in CRM (Zoho CRM) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel
• Sales and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate computer skill
• Technical skills
