    Client Relations Assistant

    VAUSA®, a values-driven virtual staffing company is seeking a highly qualified Client Relations Assistant to work directly with a client. The VAUSA® team works one-on-one with clients to match them with remote professionals as independent contractors and also recruits candidates for businesses looking to hire remote part- or full-time employees. At this time, we are only hiring those that reside within the United States. 

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Primary point of contact for client's clientele
    • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
    • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction

    SKILLS REQUIRED:

    • Experience in building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Experience managing incoming communications
    • Experience identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
