DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire our first full time designer who will work in direct collaboration with our founder/ CEO (ex-creative director, R/GA) to lead all design related work at VAWAA. The person who will strive in this role is highly strategic, detail-oriented, and multi-skilled, bringing a deep understanding across visual design, user experience, user interface design and branding. Start date ASAP. Candidate must be in the US.  This is a high impact/ high growth role in an early stage growing startup.

• Lead design across all areas of the company. This includes branding, product, interaction, communications and marketing.

• Wear multiple hats and be part of the founding team to lead the company through it's growth stage.

• Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present findings, and articulate design rationale.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
