You'll be involved in all areas of e-commerce and brand management for a one-of-a-kind nail lacquer brand –Dazzle Dry.

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include creating and updating web product pages, managing product requests for influencers and the PR team, and collaborating with customer service on special requests. Additionally, the role will be responsible for analyzing data related to product launches and promotions and will assist in updating product labels to ensure seamless communication within our internal team.

1.Web Product Page Management:

• Create and update product pages with accurate content in Shopify.
• Ensure product information is current and correctly displayed across all platforms.

2.Influencer and PR Coordination:

• Manage product requests for influencer and PR teams.
• Communicate effectively with customer service to fulfill these requests in a timely manner.

3.Customer Service Support:

• Provide support to customer service teams regarding marketing-related inquiries.

• Serve as a liaison between marketing and customer service to ensure accurate information flow for launches, discontinuations, and promotions.

4.Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Pull and analyze data related to product launches and promotions.
• Generate reports to support marketing strategies and decisions.

5.Label Management:

• Collaborate with the graphic designer and internal team to update product labels and packaging.
• Ensure labels comply with branding guidelines and regulatory requirements in partnership with the Quality Control department.

6.Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with various departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software,analytics tools, Shopify).
• Working with cross-functional teams and a passion for all things beauty.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
