    Job Summary: The HR Coordinator effectively assists in day-to-day people and business operations using organization skills, time management skills, HR knowledge, and communication skills. This role models a good example of professional behavior and commitment to work for the entire firm while ensuring employees feel valued, heard and supported.

    Skills/Abilities:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Excellent interpersonal and client/customer service skills

    Detail-oriented and professional

    Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate

    Proficient in software programs, i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel

    Ability to maintain confidential information and records

    Education and Qualifications:

    Business degree or equivalent professional experience

    HR experience preferred

    SRHHRM designation or desire to obtain

    Work from our Columbia, MO offices several days per week required
