    Position Summary

    Provides management and leadership to a team of portfolio manager while ensuring the values and culture of VCM, Inc. are demonstrated at all times. Responsibilities will include working with association managers, company leadership and Board of Directors to manage and create each community’s vision. This position requires experience in residential property management and the ability to become an expert for both associates and clients. Previous management experience and oversight of a team is preferred. A successful candidate must believe in active management with a commitment to exceptional customer service and quality control.

    Position Responsibilities

    At all times, demonstrate and promote the mission, values and culture of VCM, Inc.

    Provide customer service at all times attending to all calls and messages within 24 hours

    Directly oversee association managers and portfolio of community associations

    Perform weekly one-on-ones with associates to review and ensure quality control of communities

    Promote client retention through effective quality controls

    Provide quarterly site-inspection of all properties within portfolio

    Oversee training and development of association managers

    Interview and participate in the hiring and selection process of association managers

    Provide expert knowledge to both associates and clients about association governing documents and legislation

    Work closely with accounting team to ensure financials, collections, payables and community budgets are prepared and/or executed in a timely manner

    Oversee new transitions of communities

    Provide oversight of on-call process

    Attend management and leadership meetings, as required

    Attend board and/or annual meetings as needed

    Payroll processing and review of time-off requests

    Perform routine performance evaluations

    Oversee projects involving association managers and portfolio of communities
