Position Summary
Provides support to a team of portfolio managers while learning HOA Industry and ensuring the values and culture of VCM, Inc., are demonstrated at all times. Responsibilities will include working with association managers and company leadership to help create each community’s vision. Previous work with gate access systems is preferred. A successful candidate must have a commitment to exceptional customer service and quality control.
Position Responsibilities
At all times, demonstrate and promote the mission, values and culture of VCM, Inc.
Assist Director of Management and association managers as required
Perform Community Inspections
Perform violation drives
Prepare Board Meeting and Annual Meeting Packets
Prepare Board and Annual Meeting Notices
Coordinate board and annual meeting reservations
Oversee vendors and different community projects
Coordinate community-wide mailings
Coordinate monthly emails
Additional duties, as assigned
