Position Summary

We are looking for an individual who resides fairly close to our office, has reliable transportation, wants to work, is motivated to advance, and who would like to maintain long term employment with our company. We are willing to spend the extra time to train and 'groom' the right individual if you can go the distance with our company and help us grow by providing excellent customer service and a superior quality of work!

Position Responsibilities

At all times, demonstrate and promote the mission, values and culture of VCM, Inc.

Provide customer service at all times attending to all calls and messages within 24 hours

Manage the day-to-day for a 10-12 property portfolio

Coordination with vendors on contract fulfillment Coordination with vendors on various landscape, masonry, fence, etc. projects Communicate daily (or as needed) with Board Members Occasional night meetings with Board Members Restrictions enforcement Communicate with homeowners Inspection drives
