• Excellent benefits package which includes 16 days paid time off including holidays during the first year Position Summary: As an HVACR Installer, you will be responsible for installing and servicing heating air conditioning and refrigeration systems, both commercial and residential, to company standards or above, providing the customer with an exceptional experience. You will also supervise the performance of other installers while maintaining superior quality and efficient job performance. Primary Responsibilities:
• Executes quality HVACR installs:
• Extensive knowledge of Central HVAC systems. Heat Pumps. Mini Splits. Hydronic Systems, Refrigeration systems.
• Performs routine maintenance on HVACR systems to ensure they operate properly.
• Inspects and troubleshoots problems with existing HVACR units.
• Installs new HVACR units in residential and commercial buildings.
• Installs replacement parts on existing HVAC units.
• Installs ductwork and thermostats to control HVAC system.
• Maintains inventory of replacement parts and orders replacements.
• Complies with company and industry safety standards.
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
• Must be professional, courteous, and respectful to customers as well as fellow employees.
• Maintain excellent communication skills with the team and customers
• Stay organized and have the ability to keep track of tools and supplies
• Manage all required paperwork pertaining to the installation process
• Provide owner training upon start-up

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• EPA certified or willing to work toward within the first 2 weeks
• OSHA certification needed within the first month
