Responsibilities:
As an HVAC Technician at VCS Mechanical, your responsibilities will include:
Installation or Replacement of Central HVAC systems, Heat Pumps, Mini Splits, Hydronic Systems, and Refrigeration systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure their proper operation.
Inspection and troubleshooting of existing HVAC units.
Ductwork and thermostat installations.
Inventory management and ordering of materials.
Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
Managing all required paperwork pertaining to the installation process.
Required Qualifications:
Valid driver's license: You must possess a valid driver's license to travel to customer locations and job sites.
EPA certified: Certification from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is necessary to handle refrigerants safely.
OSHA certification: A valid Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certification ensures your knowledge of workplace safety protocols.
